I’m Kristin, a licensed mental health counselor with over a decade of experience in in-home therapy, private practice, and parent coaching. I know what it feels like to walk into a family’s home with a heavy caseload, limited resources, and pressure from leadership to “fix it all.” I’ve also been on the other side—as a parent of a neurodivergent child with crisis-level behaviors.
That dual perspective—clinician and parent—shapes everything I teach. The Meltdown Mastery framework was born out of both my professional expertise and my personal journey, blending trauma-informed, culturally responsive strategies with tools that actually work in real homes and communities.
